The Portland-based singer, songwriter, and producer achieves ataraxia between lush chords, warm tones, and breathy vocalizations. This approach continues to transfix a growing audience. Born Marie Hsiao, she has crafted an entrancing, engaging, and ever-evolving catalog (Nettwerk). Tallying over 16 million YouTube views, Mree’s music has appeared in television series such as Grey’s Anatomy, Bones, and Beauty and the Beast as well as ad campaigns for Target. Beyond praises from NPR, American Songwriter, & more, Bon Iver personally touted her music videos on social media. Along the way, she toured with Priscilla Ahn, Nina Nesbitt, Ron Pope, and Novo Amor in addition to headlining countless shows. Expanding her sphere of influence within the video game world, Mree’s vocals also course through the Virtual Reality game Luna.
