Biography
Egyptian born and NZ/Australian raised artist Isadora is cementing her place in the R&B music scene. Being raised amongst musical pioneers and strong women, Isadora’s lyrical themes drip with confidence, self love and a mission to speak her mind with no care for controversy or consequence. Reminiscent of R&B heavyweights SZA, Jhene Aiko and Kehlani, Isadora’s work speaks of new age feminism crossed with emotional vulnerability, all manifested into edgy R&B tracks unexpectedly crossed with ethereal harmonic twists and transportive lyrical turns. You only need to glance at her song titles to know she's about her business, 'You Can Have Him', 'Mess You Made' and 'Unwrap Me'. Isadora's debut EP 'Dear New Girl' is recognised by R&B fans as the EP you can 'make love to and break up to' and features notable track 'Worship Me or Die' which sees Isadora's truth-telling lyrics & ethereal vocals on a bed of live strings and other-worldly production, leaving us no questions as to its global love on social media. After returning from LA with a stack of gems up her sleeve, this is just the beginning for R&B songstress Isadora.
