    Xavier Rodriguez aka "Chango Menas" is a puertorrican artist based in Mexico City. Born in the Bronx, NY and raised on the island of Puerto Rico, this duality of both cultures and influences are quintessential to the sound that is Chango Menas. After a two year break from music, while living in Pennsylvania Chango Menas released his first EP independently in September of 2018, titled "Reino Mutante". This first production would quickly catch the attention of major label Warnermusicmx, and in the spring of 2019 effectively signed on to the label. Although a short lived experience for Rodriguez, the artist managed to release three singles , including "Días Negros", "Hombre del Mundo" produced by Adán Jodorowsky and "El Sol". A new EP titled "El Wethel Report" is scheduled to come out in late 2021.
