Danny Jones is best known as one quarter of the multi-platinum pop group, McFly. Having amassed worldwide sales in excess of 10 million, 7 UK Official Chart Number 1 singles, a Brit Award and becoming one of the UK’s most successful touring acts. On top of this huge musical success, Danny has forged a very successful TV career, most notably as a coach on ITV1’s ‘The Voice Kids’, which returns for a new season in summer 2019. Not only this but in June 2019 Danny will be releasing a new EP with the first single being ‘Muddy Water’ (7th June), a real statement track. Big, lush production with Danny’s distinctive vocal delivery. When it came to the planning of ‘Muddy Water’ and the EP, given Danny’s vast experience of the music industry, both releasing through major labels and independents, he knew it was really important to him that control was there, and his release as a solo artist was kept fully independent, allowing him to get the message out…the journey, the process, the emotion. Despite the huge success Danny has achieved so far on his musical journey, he’s no stranger to hard work. The idea of starting out again, as a solo artist, motivates him to work even harder, travel to new places, meet new people, explore life, and take the loyal fanbase on this journey with him.
