Christofer Emmanuel is the figure behind Banikata, a soloist from Jakarta with an Indie Pop genre. He began his career in early 2020. The meaning of "Banikata" itself refers to the successor generation of words. Banikata is a man who believes in the power of love, and spreads love through words and melodies. Love is not merely between lovers, he believed, but love should have a broader understanding. He believes the world will be better if humans can love each other, love their work, home, even enemies. Through words and melodies, he poured his personal experience into feeling and spreads love for those around him. Banikata's passion for both music and writing led him to enter the Indonesian music scene. To bring the stories he wishes to share to life, Banikata continues to work with a variety of musicians and artists.
