Biography
Carlos Arroyo was born on July 30, 1979 in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. He studied at Santiago Apóstol High School in Fajardo and studied at Florida International University. Arroyo is the fifth Puerto Rican player to play in the NBA, during his career in the NBA he was part of the teams; Toronto Raptors, Denver Nuggets, Detroit Pistons, Boston Celtics, Orlando Magic and Miami Heat. He also had a successful career in Israel, Spain and Turkey. As captain of the Puerto Rican team, Arroyo was championed in the 2004 Olympic Games in which he led the team to the historic defeat of the United States Dream Team 92-73, which became one of the most important moments in the history of sport for Puerto Rico and the world. In 2009, Carlos Arroyo worked in the beginnings of his musical career in which he released his single "Se Va Conmigo" ft Yomo, and for the remix version of “Se Va Comigo”, Carlos collaborated with Ivy Queen. Under his own record label; Arroyo Hit Music also produced the songs; “Oculto Secreto” y “Bailemos en la Luna”. Carlos Arroyo officially makes his comeback to the music scene in 2020, with fiery and upbeat official single, “Baila Reggaeton”, alongside urban legends Zion y Lennox and produced by Los Legendarios. This is Arroyo's first release as part of the Rimas Music Entertainment family and new management team Duars Entertainment at the helm.
