    César Vega is the new sonero from Peru who was born in Huacho to take salsa to the top. His great talent has led him to sing alongside Ray Sepúlveda, Cano Estremera, among others. The young talent confesses to be a fan of Héctor Lavoe 
   That morning ... when my father left a cassette, the first song that rang was 'Periódico de ayer', I listened to the song all day, I did not go to school and thanks to that topic I got to know the salsa, I knew the music Héctor Lavoe. At age 15, the 'Sonerito de Huacho' got a tattoo of the 'Singer of the singers', which brought him problems with his family, but he did it because of the great admiration of the salsa singer.
