Biography

Jadis are a melodic rock band hailing from the south of England. They fall into the category of Progressive Rock/ Neo Prog/ Classic Rock although they have a distinctive sound modern sound from aggressive crunching guitar riffs,blistering melodic guitar leads and solos ,catchy choruses dramatic and often complex drum and bass interplay and plenty of vocal harmony. Band writer Gary Chandler sites Pink Floyd,Genesis,Yes and Rush as a few of his early influences yet the amalgamation of musicians and instruments within Jadis make for a very unique sound. The Band released their 8th studio album 'No Fear of Looking Down' in 2016 and have released a double cd 25th anniversary digipak version of 'More than meets the eye' and have this year released a collection of live versions, unreleased tracks, instrumentals and cover versions of a Genesis and Pink Floyd song.
