Surfclub is the party-rock passion project of Nashville-based Spencer Combs (Secret Nation) and collaborators Chris Henderson (Bronze Radio Return, Layup) and Grammy-nominated producer Chad Copelin, who has worked with Sufjan Stevens, Third Eye Blind, Hanson, and more.  Surfclub exists for the sole purpose of spreading positive vibes. The band’s latest work is a wildly eclectic collection of energetic, uplifting anthems written and recorded over a single whirlwind week of pure creative chemistry. The music is playful. It’s carefree and undeniably catchy, complete with lyrics meant to inspire and empower. It’s the product of musicians aligned in their goal of crafting joyful songs that connect with listeners on an almost spiritual level.  Ultimately, Surfclub is the sound of getting away from it all. Of pursuing freedom with all you’ve got, and keeping faith that, as long as you’re willing to chase those moments that make you feel most alive, everything is going to be okay.
