Andy and the rockets has, for over a decade, through diligent touring built up something unique within the Swedish music industry - a large organic fan and listener base which has resulted in hundreds of gigs and over ten million streams. Right from the start, the band has combined today's rock sound with more classic Rock'n'Roll, where inspiration has been drawn from blues-based rock, and more recently influenced more and more by heavier rock bands such as the Foo Fighters and Volbeat. This is not least reflected in Andy and the Rocket's latest release Ghost Town, which has become a slight rebranding in terms of sound for the band. Included on the album is the single The Day Our Music Died, with which Andy and the Rockets won the entire P4 Nästa, which led the song to become one of the most played tracks at SR P4 in the fall of 2022 Over the years, Andy and the Rockets have become a given name both at the clubs and at the festivals. But regardless of whether you stand on the big festival stages or in crowded and sweaty clubs, it is the show and the audience that are in focus.
