Biography

Born in Helmond, Netherlands. Based in Amsterdam artist & musician Jesper Vervoort reinterprets various genres & different forms of sound to blend them together as "Jespfur". Having only two mixtapes online today the 25 year old has been appearing with lots of different live shows on several places in Europe where he brings the audience into different angles of his process. Since his latest mixtape Mind Map (2020) his band concept Weak Moves released "Geodesic" in Jan 2023 on his record label FVR and has been releasing selected works as Jespfur. Playing and recording all instruments himself sometimes shown through his visual art he created a language that got picked up worldwide. Jesper's DIY approach, honest and unpredictable work developed a curious audience.
