Biography

Soren was born July 4th. 1963 in Aalborg, Denmark, and is living in Copenhagen, Denmark. Soren has been involved in the music business for more than 25 years, being part of a still growing network of musicians, songwriters, composers, producers, and music companies. His own career has so far earned him 3 Danish Music Awards, and several platinum albums, both as a solo artist and as part of the acclaimed Danish duo Sko/Torp. The Sko/Torp album “On a long lonely night”, entered the charts as no. 1, making it one of the best selling debut albums of all times, with more than 200.000 copies sold (13 X platinum!) in Denmark. Sko/Torp’s albums have so far sold close to 500.000 copies. Soren has worked with numerous artists, writers, and producers on various projects, resulting in several songs and albums, solidifying him as one of the elite artists/songwriters/producers, working the Danish music scene.
