Biography

Hailing from the seaside town, Southend-on-Sea, San Quentin - An alternative indie rock band with massive arena filling songs, rousing riffs and catchy hooks. A real working class band looking to take over. 
 San Quentin came to be when songwriter (Liam Cass) and singer (Owen Eves) got together with drummer (Luke Johns) and bassist (Nick Keep)in 2019. (Dan Ridgwell) later joined as the lead guitarist in 2020 to form San Quentin. The band was name was inspired by the iconic album "Johnny Cash - San Quentin Prison". Johnny Cash being a real inspiration to Liam Cass because of the working class story telling songs and rebel attitude." 
 2022 has been a massive year for the boys Including "BBC introducing" ones to watch in 2022. And also an electric headline 400 capacity sold out show with "This Feeling" in there Hometown of Southend-on-Sea. San Quentin then went on to play there debut London Headline show at a sold out Water Rats in May and then the following month make there festival debut on the This Feeling/Scotts Stage at Isle of Wight Festival 2022. Real ones to watch
