Cherylyn Barnes is from Campbelltown, NSW, Australia. She’s a wife, she’s a mother and she’s an icon! 
 After winning a MacBook in a competition at her local library, Cherylyn finally got the internet connected! With the assistance of her friend’s son, Marshal, Cherylyn created accounts across all the social media platforms, where she she passionately expresses herself as the “Moist” queen! 

Sick of being home alone while her husband worked, her YouTube channel has become a variety of visionary content. From her gripping stories about her day to day life, as well as creating and releasing cooking tutorials, Acting demos and her music videos. 
 In 2014, Cherylyn uploaded her first music video for “Aussie Girl” and a singer was born. Gaining massive attraction on the internet, Cherylyn continued to write and release music while her following continued to grow across all her social media accounts. 
 In 2015, Cherylyn released her first EP – “Gay Guys”. Becoming a cult favourite amongst Cherylyn’s fans, she decided to solidify her sound and created her most meme-able song and video on the internet, “Moist”! “Moist” managed to rake in over 390,000 views on her Music Video as well as over 61,000 streams of Moist on Spotify. 
 In 2019 she released a trap pop track called “Bussanut” with the help of her long time collaborator and soul mate, Davey Duzit. The pair have continued writing together and plan to release more material in the not too distant future.
