Biography

With women on the front lines, FRANTIC AMBER has fortified their place as one of the most promising melodic death metal bands to emerge from Sweden. They have released an EP, Wrath of Judgement (2010) as well as two critically acclaimed full-length studio albums: Burning Insight (2015) and Bellatrix (2019). FRANTIC AMBER is built on the core of melodic death metal, but keep reinventing their sound and are not afraid to venture into the progressive, black, thrash and old school death metal genres. Their live performances are known to be an intense explosion of energy with savage charisma, delivered by no less than three fierce guitarists, Mio, Milla and Isabelle. String punishing bass player Madeleine and ferocious drummer Mac complete the soundscape together with Elizabeth’s powerful and aggressive vocals.
