Biography

Hetroertzen is a black metal band formed in 1997 in southern Chile by Deacon D. It was initially a solo project until Deacon D. decided to make a band of it and so joins guitarist Åskväder in September 1999. Hetroertzen relocated to Västerås, Sweden in the year 2009. So far the band has released seven full length albums, one live album (Live at Catalonia Extreme Winter – 2022) and one split album (Capax Infiniti – 2013 with Dødsengel). Hetroertzen has been busy performing live around the globe and has been touring Europe a couple of times. The band is currently presenting their latest album Phosphorus Vol I (released by the French label Listenable Records). Webpage: www.hetroertzen.se
