Biography

Maxance Desmarets, better known by his stage name "High Resistance," is a hardstyle DJ and producer who started his music career in 2016. Initially known as a duo, Maxance is now the only head behind the project. 
 Born in France, High Resistance discovered his love for electronic dance music at a young age and began experimenting with music production in his teens. His passion for hardstyle in particular led him to start creating his own tracks, which quickly gained attention from the hardstyle community. 
 In 2016, High Resistance made his debut as a DJ at various events in France, and quickly gained a reputation for his high-energy performances and hard-hitting beats. His first official release, "Holdin' On," was released on the label Gearbox Euphoria in 2018, which helped to establish his name within the hardstyle scene. 
 Since then, High Resistance has continued to release music on various labels like Qdance Next. His tracks are characterized by their powerful basslines, intense kicks, and driving melodies, and have been supported by some of the biggest names in the hardstyle scene like Headhunterz (Hard with style), Brennan Heart (I Am Hardstyle Radio), Primeshock and more. 
 Last year was the return of the festivals & parties and the return of High Resistance behind the decks with some performances at many places.
