Biography

Rachel Anyeme is a prolific worship leader, a sensational singer and anointed preacher of the word of God, originally from D.R Congo. Born and raised in Kinshasa. Rachel started singing at the age of 7 in a church choir in Kinshasa D.R Congo. Around 16 years old Rachel gave her life to Christ Jesus during an evangelical crusade at her high school and received the calling of God to ministry at 17 years old. Known for her powerful and anointed voice, Rachel has worked with several Major Gospel artists in the African Continent like Dena Mwana, Michel Bakenda, Lord Lombo, Henri Papa Mulaja, El George and many more. In 2012, She has worked with Brother Michel Bakenda with whom she was well introduced to the professional musical world. In 2017 She released her first studio album under the mentorship of Brother Michel Bakenda “Un Coeur Autour du Trone” with a hit song [Mon Dieu est bon]. In May 2019, she got signed with one of the most known Christian labels in Africa “Happy People” and has released 2 singles [Tu Regnes and Telema]. These two masterpiece songs re-introduced Rachel to the world as an extraordinary solo artist. Rachel has traveled to India, South Africa, Ivory Coast, Gabon, Canada, USA, Belgium, Switzerland, France and so many more countries around the global to share the love of Jesus Christ through her music in Concerts and conferences. She recently released her EP "MIRACLE" with the hit song KUMISAMA [Owandjile]
