Biography

Corn on Macabre was a powerviolence/grindcore band that existed from 2001-2003 in the Washington, DC area. The lineup was always: Andy Gale: drums, Billups Allen: vocals, Brent Eyestone: bass & vocals, and Cory Stevenson: guitar. They released two 7"s and a song on the "2 Legs Bad. 38 Legs Good" 7" compilation. Festival appearances included Krazy Fest V (with Dillinger Escape Plan and Converge) and Cleveland Fest 2002 with (The Locust, Lightning Bolt, Pageninetynine, Wolf Eyes, Daughters, Nine Shocks Terror). The band also performed at oddball events like "The Toxic Avenger 4: Citizen Toxie" movie for notorious slimeballs like Troma Entertainment. Prior to Corn on Macabre, members performed in bands like Pageninetynine, Darkest Hour, Waifle, Enemy Soil, and Shoutbus. Post-Corn on Macabre, members moved on to Forensics, Haram, Bleach Everything, Highness, and more.
