    Biography

    Falling With Style was a Post-Hardcore band from the Pontypridd region in South Wales. 
 At the age of 15, Ryan James (Guitar), Benjamin Elliott (Bass) and Thom Pike (Drums) started the band, before taking part in a rock school course where they met Lucas Woodland (Vocals) and Scott Carey (Guitar) - Eventually inviting them to join the band. 
 After 5 years, 3 EP's and countless shows in the South Wales music scene and beyond, Falling With Style called it a day in 2015. 
 Sonically, the boiz drew inspiration from other Post-Hardcore bands in the scene, such as Funeral For A Friend and Alexisonfire, as well as taking some outside inspiration from Melodic Hardcore bands like Counterparts, and Pop-Punk bands like The Wonder Years. 
 After the demise of FWS, several of the members went on to start other projects in the scene, including Holding Absence and Nightlives.
