Described by his fans as a “real life” rapper, Tim Blakeney began composing songs at a young age. In the wake of childhood tragedies, he used his notebooks as a form of therapy to cope with the hardships of life. Uprooted from south central Mass to central Florida at fifteen, his diverse experiences and broad culture are clearly represented in his style of writing. Influenced by the likes of Nas, Big L, and many others, this Boston rapper's lyrics and flows give his listeners hope that HipHop is alive and well.
