Biography

A ferocious and intense Canadian melodic / post hardcore band hailing from Kelowna, BC, Stasis has been making waves around their local scene. Blending styles of the metalcore genre from classic acts such as Killswitch Engage, Poison the Well and Misery Signals, to new-wave bands comparable to Counterparts, The Ghost Inside and Being As An Ocean. Facing multiple past line-up changes, the band perpetuates as a 4 piece consisting of vocalist Callum Reid, guitarist Colton Douglas, bassist Ryan Campbell, and drummer Cliff Aubut. The troop teamed up with local producer Jordan Chase (Secret and Whisper, Shreddy Kruger, Stutterfly) to cultivate two studio albums including their first LP “No Hope for Now” and their most recent release “My State of Decay”. In early 2020, the band signed with California based independent label No Sleep Records.
