Biography

Floridian singer/songwriter Ari Rabin, a masterful lyricist blessed with bass-rich vocals and a broken heart, crafts music unlike any other. Unique in every right, from his sad lulls to punchy odes, deep ballads to sympathetic rage anthems, Ari creates an image of a character unseen, a pseudonym of sorts; what he calls: Alnev. 
With his raw confessionals and veritable irony, Alnev inspires a small but loud group of fans with a thirst for truth. He paints a picture of a pessimist’s world, through the eyes and soul of a good-hearted realist. He tells tales of despair, love, heartbreak, and insecurity, and most importantly, he’s honest about it.
 With influences in a number of genres, from Frank Sinatra’s smooth jazz to Panic! At The Disco’s genre-bending punk rock, Alnev creates a unique blend of hellishly soft music, and with inspiration from Billie Eilish’s dreamy anti-pop to Radiohead’s experimental tunes, he fashions reliable buzz-worthy hits, or in contrast, a distinct time-signature volatility with fringe ideas and the alternative-seekers in mind.
 His first single, Give Love, arrived in August of 2019, and a growing fanbase followed. In June of 2020, he released his highly anticipated second single, Cool Kids, and soon after, Young with Jeryko. In July of 2022, he released the long-awaited single Van Gogh, followed up a month later with the release of R.I.P. and with drugs in December.
