Biography
Tiny Stills is a fifth wave emo rock band from Los Angeles, California made up of real life friends who actually like each other; Kailynn West, Chris Clark, Mike Diggs, AJ Peacox. You can call us Bubblegrunge, but in our hearts we know the only genre title that resonates with us truly: vomit pop. After a last minute lineup change left an opening on a national tour with Bayside’s Anthony Raneri in 2015, front woman Kailynn West stepped in at the last minute to complete the acoustic tour as Tiny Stills. The project has since gone on to release their self produced second full length record, "Laughing into the Void," after successfully raising 19k on Kickstarter in 2017, as well as two self produced EPs on Wiretap Records recorded by Paul Miner (Death By Stereo). They've solidified themselves in the So-Cal music scene by opening for acts like Motion City Soundtrack, Anthony Raneri (Bayside), Andy Jackson (Hot Rod Circuit), Reggie and the Full Effect, The Smoking Popes, and Letters to Cleo. After years of honing their bittersweet emulsion of pop punk and emo with toothy lyrics, crunchy guitars and catchy melodies, one message still resonates loud and clear - even the worst days have a silver lining, at least you're not alone.
