Biography

Singer and songwriter, Sara Borraez was born in Bogotá, Colombia on September 5, 1995 in a Christian family. Sara grows up in the church being a granddaughter and daughter of pastors and it was there, in the church band, where her love for Music was born. She was selected with the song of her authorship ''Más que una Canción'' to sing in the ''4th Bogota Gospel'' at the age of 15 years. In this important scenario, Sara is known in the Christian music scene in front of more than seventy thousand people, along with international artists such as Marcos Witt. A year later she collaborates with Alex Campos in the song ''Regreso a Ti'' (2012) of the winning album of Latin GRAMMY, which has the same title. In 2014, the movie "Regreso a Ti 3D" was premiered in all movie theaters in Latin America. This production was part documentary and part live recording of a concert in La Plata, Argentina. In 2015, Sara launches her first album, entitled 'Tu Amor Me Hace Cantar', produced by the 4-time Grammy winner, Alex Campos, under the MV Records label. In this production she collaborates again with Alex Campos in the song "Pinceladas" and with Redimi2 in "La Cita". The album has the participation of the renowned Kiko Cibrián in the production. In August 2018 Sara released the first single of her second production called "Vuelvo a Vivir". This new production comes loaded with new sounds, fresh and youthful, offering a new proposal different from everything Sara had presented so far.
