Biography

GALDERIA was founded by Sebastien Chabot and Thomas Schmitt in september 2006, in Marseille, France. Together they set the basis of the music of GALDERIA: A melodic and powerful Metal with strong emphasis on choir harmonies and arrangements. The group gained a strong scenic experience by performing on stages of europe along the years, including european tour with THERION on april 2018 and several shows/festivals in Poland, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Netherland and France. -2006 - 2009 : 3 self-produced demos are released in the form of free downloads, only available on digital version. -2010 : The EP "Rise legions of free Men" is released. Mastered by Mika Jussila at Finnvox Studios . -2012 : GALDERIA released its first physical album called "The Universality" at the end of 2012 on the canadian label METALODIC RECORDS, followed by a sublicense from Japan label RUBICON MUSIC. Mastered by Mika Jussila, and artwork by Felipe Machado Franco. -2016/2017 : "Radio Unplugged" is recorded live in the great radio station studio of "Radio Lodz" and features 30 choristers from Zgierz, the "Lutnia choir". -2017 : The 2nd studio album of GALDERIA, Return of the Cosmic Men, is released on the german label MASSACRE RECORDS & RUBICON MUSIC for Japan. Mixed by Mikko Karmila and mastered by Mika Jussila from Finnvox. -2022 : Endless Horizon, 3rd album of the band is released on MASSACRE RECORDS.
