Judd’s timeless rasp and confessional angst was forged in the dusty backrooms of dive bars in South Philly. Honing his unique blend of vintage pop drenched in piano soul in New York institutions Mercury Lounge and Arlene’s Grocery, he gained the opportunity to open for heavyweights at some of the biggest stages in the world, including Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, and The Weeknd. As a songwriter, working alongside Kanye West & John Legend to co-write Legend’s single “Made To Love” was a career highlight. While Judd would be the first to say he has no idea what he’s doing, influenced by everyone from The Beatles and Sam Cooke to JP Saxe and Quinn XCII, his eclectic musical taste shows in his ability to seamlessly blend genres into one intoxicating and infectiously honest sound.
