zamir began writing at the crusty young age of 9 years old, after impulsively buying a rhyming dictionary from a school book fair. 
 over the years, what began as an innocent means of impressing his third grade crush evolved into something greater - a real passion for songwriting. unlike all the other brown kids studying to be doctors, zamir was studying the rap game (while also studying to be a doctor). 
 initially gaining some traction making storytelling raps over lofi beats, he then moved on to boppier pop songs about his own life and struggles. his debut collaborative ‘on the move’ EP with marc indigo was wildly successful, garnering tens of millions of listens across streaming platforms. 
zamir has since dropped out of med school, much to the dismay of his pakistani parents (if they’re reading this he loves them). he is now a full time rhyme nerd pursuing a dream that started on a third grade whim.
