Biography
The Fully Down formed in Ottawa in 1999; recording lineup in 2003. Their debut "No Fate... But What We Make for Ourselves" released June 2004 on Pop Culture Records. Several tours of Ontario & Eastern Canada were done in support of it; followed a few weeks on the 2004 Vans Warped Tour on select US / Canadian dates. The Fully Down signed to Fearless Records in August 2005 after a spending a few weeks on the 2005 Vans Warped Tour. Following the signing; headed out across the US alongside Four Year Strong & Maida. "Don't Get Lost In A Movement" was released November 22, 2005 across North America. The band toured across Canada on the Fear & Loathing Tour ( Protest The Hero, A Wilhelm Scream, Bayside, The Spill Canvas ) in April 2006. That summer was spent back on the Vans Warped Tour across North America. Directly followed by an American tour with Boy Sets Fire & Versus the Mirror. The Radio Rebellion Tour ( Norma Jean, Between the Buried and Me, Fear Before the March of Flames, Misery Signals ) took them across the US / Canada, touring Japan shortly after with Bodyjar, Bigwig & Fact. In December 2006, vocalist Gab Bouchard announced that he was leaving the band; his last show on December 27 in London, Ontario. The band announced Justin Camarena would be taking on lead vocals and they began recording several demos while preparing for a new record. On July 30, 2008 they announced that they were breaking up; final show was at Zaphod Beeblebrox in Ottawa on August 23, 2008.
