Biography

Inyectores is a punk rock band from Lima, Perú, which started in late 2000 from the disbandment of G-3, one of peruvian hardcore punk pioneers from the eighties. Gonzalo Farfán (guitar/vocals) and Gabriel Bellido (bass) reunited to start the new band, and 20 years later, now with Saito Chinén in drums and Ricardo Méndez in guitar, they have become one of the main references in the local punk rock scene. 
 Since their first album ‘Bombardero’ (2001), Inyectores dig through the roots of punk rock and hardcore from the late seventies and early eighties, managing to build powerful melodies sealed with stories based on the human being. With five albums and two EPs out, every record has its own particularity but they all have contributed to reinforce the characteristic melodic sound of the band within the peruvian scene. 
 Inyectores has been elected as supporting act for local tours of great bands such as Bad Religion (two times), The Offspring (two times), No Use for a Name or Strung Out, and have developed strong bonds with similar bands in the region, working together in several projects and being part of the line-up of big international festivals. 
 The band has been working on the writing of their new studio album these days.
