Yomu is a mindfulness system rooted in music and original content that serve as an antidote to aggression and bullying. Yomu and the Yomu music promote self esteem and build internal strength in order to cultivate a mind and heart that is healthy, resilient, and joyful. 
 Backed by research in emotional intelligence and neuroscience, Yomu translates the techniques and benefits of breathing and meditation into music that serves as a universal language across cultures and ages. This has led to Yomu being a unique, recursive, and revolutionary system with easy-to-implement techniques, tools, and exercises that do not require previous experience to generate immediate results. 
 With more than 150 songs, affirmations and meditations, 2 books and an interactive mindfulness daily planner, Yomu is able to transform difficult behavior in children from a place of love. 
 Around the world, entire schools are beginning and ending the school day with Yomu songs.
