    Rock and roll and blues band from Mexico Heavy Nopal was formed in the mid-'80s, when a new wave of latin-rock bands was emerging all around South and Central America in one of the most significant moments in the Latin music scene. During the '80s and '90s Heavy Nopal released an extensive list of albums, including a double live record called Nopalica. In 1999 the band released a greatest hits' EP. ~ Drago Bonacich, Rovi
