Biography

Peter Thomas Lyons is an English singer, songwriter, and producer based in London. He found early success with his project Peter and Kerry, which he spearheaded alongside his friend Kerry Leatham (Roseau.) The two artists received major notoriety in the UK leading to a modeling / partnership deal with Adidas. This relationship with the athletic wear giant continued when Lyons began releasing music solo. He has composed the soundtrack to a number of short films produced by Adidas’ UK media house. What started with a string of single releases for the English artist, including a cover of Michael Jackson’s “ PYT (Pretty Young Thing)”, quickly turned into the Oh, to Pull You Up which was released on Tape Club Records Ltd and received on air support from BBC Radio 1, TRIPLE J, RADIO XFM, KEXP, BBC 6 MUSIC, and others. Hilly Dilly’s Sam Hood described Lyons’ cover of PYT (Pretty Young Thing) as “A powerful vocal performance, whilst preserving the original flirtatious charm of the song.”
