Welcome to the family. Formed in Hertfordshire, UK, Defences are an Alternative Metal band featuring Cherry Duesbury (Vocals), William Young (Keys, Vocals), Calum Wilmot (Guitar), Owen Hughes-Holland (Bass), & Kyle Parke (Drums). Their 2 full-length albums, 2 E.P.s and multiple singles have received strong support with millions of streams across their various platforms. Defences have also completed numerous U.K. tours with several sell-out headline shows, not to mention various festival appearances including Download, Takedown and Turbulence, with sets at Burn It Down and UK Tech-Metal Festival to follow later in 2023. These shows and releases, combined with the online community being cultivated in their #TheHeart fan page, ensures that the band remains connected with their constantly growing fanbase.
