Biography

GranMah is a Dub Reggae Fusion band from Mozambique. They started out in a garage back in 2009. Well known throughout Mozambique, they have recorded an LP and have been featured in many TV and Radio programs. In 2012 GranMah won a public contest to open the Mozambique Music Awards, with their first single, “Starlight Stardust.” Their second single and first official music video called “I Got To Move” was featured on all national TV channels as well as International channels like SABC and Trace Toca. Most recently, GranMah released their single and album, “Perfect Plan.” FESTIVALS Tofo Earth Festival (2010) – Mozambique AZGO Music Festival (2011, 2013 and 2016) – Mozambique Park Acoustics (2013) – South Africa Kome Caves Beer Festival (2014) – Lesotho Downwind Kitesurf Festival (2014 and 2015) – Mozambique Harare International Festival of the Arts (2015) – Zimbabwe Fête de la Musique (2016) – Mozambique Zakifo Music Festival (2016 and 2019) – South Africa Mozambique Music Meeting Showcase (2017) – Mozambique MTN Bushfire (2019) – Eswatini/Swaziland Bassline Fest (2019) – South Africa Sakifo Musik Festival (2019) – Reunion Island GranMah was also invited to play in venues in the United States, Portugal and Angola (2018).
