David John Morris is best known for the five albums of his songs recorded under the Red River Dialect name. His forthcoming album Monastic Love Songs features Thor Harris (Swans, Thor & Friends) on drums, and Thierry Amar (Godspeed You Black Emperor) on bass, with guest appearances from members of Tomaga and The Silver Field. He also plays guitar in Melos Kalpa.
