Freddie Records is proud to announce the release of “Porque Tú”, the highly anticipated new single from STEVIE D AND THE ALL STAR CAST! “Porque Tú” was written by Stevie D and Jay Alaniz and produced by Stevie and Freddie Martinez, Jr. The track was recorded at the famous Legends Sound Studios in Corpus Christi, Texas and features an “all-star cast” of top tier musicians including session drummer and group member Aaron Holler, session accordionist Lalo Mora, Legends Sound Studio engineer Mariano Herrera on guitar, bass, keyboards, and percussion, and the unmistakable smooth background vocals of Latin Grammy winning artist Rebecca Valadez. “Porque Tú” is a romantic cumbia with an irresistibly catchy melody and sing-along chorus. The lyrics speak about the pain of a broken relationship and the struggle to rebuild it all for love, a theme that resonates with everyone. A video for “Porque Tú” is currently in production and will have its world premiere in early December 2022.
