Biography

DEADLOCKED STATE formed in early 2016 as a project between friends, playing together as a form of therapy. As the band released their first songs, they quickly gathered a dedicated following, who called themselves Ghouls, as an extension of the bands horror inspired visual look. The music has always been influenced by Rock, Punk, Metal and Goth, combining elements of different genres and with a great ear for melodies. Their lyrics has always been focused on their childhood and their experience growing up, with each song telling specific story, following the bands message to the world: "We live to tell the tale."
