DLOW is a charismatic and gifted American hip-hop entertainer, songwriter, R.I.A.A certified platinum recording artist, choreographer, host, anti-gun violence activist, basketball enthusiast, fashion trendsetter, and a prolific YouTube content creator, from Chicago. DLOW is an acronym that stands for Determined, Loyal, Optimistic, and Willing to Learn. Also known as: Bop King DLOW, iAmDLOW DLOW always possessed an affinity for creating original music, videos, and dances. At the age of 17, he created the original lyrics and choreography for the “DLOW Shuffle.” DLOW’s viral dance-craze abilities escalated when he posted his “Do It Like Me Challenge” video on YouTube on September 29, 2015, where it shot up to 1 million views in two weeks, and 4 million views in only one month. The unprecedented views of this viral campaign were so significant, that it was covered by The Wall Street Journal and led to recording contracts with Capitol and Atlantic Records.
