Biography

UraelB (pronounced You-Rell-Bey) was born on September 15th, 1998 and grew up all across South Central Los Angeles, but hails Inglewood specifically to be where he represents. As a literal Good kid in a Mad City, The 24 year old hip-hop emcee intertwined his street knowledge and passion for poetry and started writing raps at the age of 13. He began his pursuit of a music career at the age of 17, releasing freestyles on social media, then later starting his own the Independent Music Label & Brand: Respect The Real (RTR) in 2017, in honor of his grandmother who transitioned in January of that year. 
 UraelB's first official music release came in December 2017 on SoundCloud with a song titled "310-323". Surging with confidence, he released his first EP: RTR Vol. 1, April 6th 2018. He continued pumping out more freestyles, singles and local performances to closeout the year, leading him into a musical growth spurt at the top of 2019. Now with more sonically polished singles, and a growing fan base, Demi God, the debut album of his career, released on May 11th, 2020. Later in that year, UraelB landed a performance on the 29th season of the classic TV show, Dancing With Stars, alongside musical director Ray Chew, and Hip-Hop icon Nelly. To date, UraelB has records out with artists such as, Isaiah Bowers, Honey Blu, Brianna Knight, world renowned composer and trumpet player Dontae Winslow, and Mick Jenkins.
