Biography

Heavily influenced by hip-hop in the late 90’s and early 2000’s, Skee has spent years crafting his style and sound in the genre. Long before being featured on New Hampshire Chronicle as "the rapping teacher," the story of Skee starts as a middle school student mesmerized by the melodic sound, speed, and confident delivery that defines hip-hop. Like many at the time, daydreams were often about controlling a microphone and a stage of his own. From the humble beginnings of recording onto cassette tapes to embarking on road trips up and down the East Coast trying to get labels to hear his demo, the theme of this unfinished story is one of persistence. Skee never stopped learning doing what he loved: writing, recording, and sharing his story and passion through hip-hop.
