Biography

Project of Giuseppe, born in a town not too far from Naples in 2001, who later moved to Bolzano, Italy. Tre Flip starts as a phonk producer in 2017 and keeps evolving through the sounds of Memphis revival music, making his appearance on many phonk channels. While still releasing solo tracks, Tre Flip gets multiple production credits in the scene, working for Elijah Ghost, HAARPER, SXMPRA, Jadeci, Apoc Krysis, Jupiluxe and many more. In May 2020, Tre Flip makes his first mixtape "Can't Sleep" public, with a limited cassette release that would get sold out in less than a week, through Elijah Ghost's label Grave Inc. With time, Tre Flip's sound starts to take shape in a different form, while still maintaining his ambient and dreamy feel, Tre releases his debut album "I AM ETHEREAL". A project that spaces through many genres and for the first time sees the use of washed guitar sounds, making his new musical approach and direction clear. In his more recent works, Tre Flip confirms what suggested in his debut album: dreamy and melancholic guitars, plus mellow and melting synths. With a very strong presence in the song "Tears", with Aukina, his joint EP with Necroez "Oh, Miserable Spring" and Antent's collaboration "hiding place", released through dreamscape, Tre Flip is non-stop exploring ways of incorporating new elements in his music and has recently started including the use of his vocals, like on recently released song "Sucker Punch".
