Biography

A Place in Time is a four-piece band from Silver Spring, Maryland and consists of Joel Vi Brittania (guitar/bass/vocals), Danny Salsbury (guitar/vocals), Caleb Dorsch (guitar/bass/vocals), and Brett Schleicher (drums). The group strives to create a sound that blends pop punk, alt rock, and post-hardcore to produce a genre that is all their own. Resembling a mashup of Dance Gavin Dance, The Starting Line, and Green Day, the band released “Perish the Thought,” their first music video, in June 2016. They followed up with the release of their first full length album, the self-titled, “A Place in Time,” in June 2018, which included the popular singles, “Maps” and “Cakewalk.” The band’s latest EP, “Gloomy Heirlooms” is available now for streaming on all major platforms.
