F.O.D.is a four piece Belgian punkrock band. The band is notorious for its catchy vocal harmonies and short melodic songs, all wrapped in their own authentic sound. The band built a steady live reputation with their catchy melodies, much in the vein of what their legendary predecessors such as @Green Day, @Descendents, @Lagwagon and @Bad Religion have delivered us over the past few decades. Their first video, the instant poppunk anthem 'Carry on' became a classic among the scene. The band hit most of the Belgian stages, toured Canada, Spain, Japan and played some leading European punkrock-festivals such as Punkrock-Holiday, Groezrock, Jera On Air, Brakrock, … and supports for big heroes such as SUM41, Satanic Surfers, Lagwagon, Authority Zero, Frenzal Rhomb, No Fun At All, ... The band got signed by labels in Belgium, France, US and Japan and has released 1 EP and 3 full albums till date.2020 reveils "Sleepville", a story telling album that takes its listener on a journey through time. In their announcement the band writes that they will be ignoring the boundaries of punk rock for this release.
