The Danish pop-house DJ Muri is drawing international attention to herself with her musical universe of uplifting somberness. Although coming from Denmark, the young DJ has already attracted international attention with her debut single Fallin'. Only a few weeks after her debut, Muri was asked to play Bauer Media’s RadioRave alongside names like Martin Garrix and Martin Jensen. The show was aired in seven European territories (UK, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Slovakia). Additionally, the acknowledged DJ R3HAB picked up ‘Fallin’’ and played it in his official mix show. Now, Muri is ready to follow up with her second single 'Dumb' – a pop-house track in the vein of MEDUZA and Imanbek. The track has a contagious chorus with a vocal that makes you want to let loose and a drum and bass-line that hits you deep in the chest. Releasing her own music and being recognized alongside big name DJs is a dream-come-true for Muri, for whom music has always played an important role. She grew up as a dancer and has therefore spent most of her childhood and teenage years interpreting music with her body. Muri is 22-years old and grew up in Viborg. She moved to L.A. as a teenager to explore the dance and DJ scene and develop her skills. Upon returning to Denmark Muri got booked to DJ at places like Kupé, Axel Arigato’s event at Copenhagen Fashion Week, and private events at Royal Arena.
