Sergio José Pérez Betancourt: Mejor conocido en el medio artístico como Sergio Perez, es un experimentado cantautor, compositor, arreglista y productor musical venezolano, que ha sido un importante innovador en la fusión de estilos tropicales, pop y urbanos en América Latina. Formó parte del movimiento de cantautores que tuvo su boom entre los años 80s y 90s del siglo XX en Venezuela. He also had a leading role in the 80s and the 90s singer songwriter musical boom that took place in Venezuela in the last two decades of the 20th century.
