Biography

Dalú is a talented young woman, songwriter and performing artist. Born in México. At just 23 years of age, she has exceptional lyric-driven songs and has been described as outstanding songwriter. Her early years were spent surrounded by music, since her father is a musician and visual artist, with whom she has remained since she was just 3 years old after the divorce of her parents. Dalú´s musical journey started when she was only 8 years old, performing on stage at her elementary school. In Junior High school Dalú discovered her love for writing and got her first guitar. These early years of practicing would prepare her for winning countless music contest at high school, singing and songwriting. Dalu’s First single «Dime» was released in 2016 having great success in latin countries and achieved more than one million strems of the official video on social media. In 2018 Dalú released «ELVIS´S LOOK» her first english lLanguage single backed up with an official music video. The video was shot in many places throughout Arizona, USA. That same year she came out with her first full length Spanish language album named DALÚ. This production included 10 original songs all from Dalú´s inspiration. Dalú describes her musical work as unique , she is not a concept artist, and excels at writing and performing different genres of music in both, english and spanish music . Going through a wide range of influences like Rock, Soul, Country and Funk and Pop music.
