Biography

Brighton born Producer/DJ El Train is known for his ability to blend together Hip-Hop, R&B and Electronic beats with a signature soulful sound to be found on all of his productions. With releases on labels such as Kitsune, Darker Than Wax and Jakarta Records, El Train released his debut album 'Puzzles' in 2019 and this was followed up in 2021 with his second full length project ‘And Then We Woke Up’. As a DJ he’s known for his eclectic sets having been recruited to play Glastonbury, Wildlife and a host of other festivals as well as regular shows across the UK and Europe with support slots for the likes of Snakehips, Bondax, Shay Lia, Jamz Supernova, Zak Abel, MSSINGNO and Mr Carmack. Recently venturing into the live arena, El Train played his first live show with a full band at Metropolis Studio for Clash Mag Live. On radio El Train has had support from BBC, 1xtra, MistaJam, Huw Stevens, DJ Target, BBC Intro, Complexion (Radio Westside), Rinse FM, NTS, Reprezent Radio and Soulection DJ’s. El. Train's list of collaborators includes Barney Artist, Pip Millett, Iyamah, Jerome Thomas, Zilo, KALLITECHNIS and Kudu Blue.
