Top vocalist of South Korea, Sonnet Son (손승연; Seung-yeon Son). Sonnet began her music career as she became the winner of ‘The Voice of Korea’ at the age of 18. Her performance earned a standing ovation from audiences and judges and her powerful vocal sound and emotional expressions are still considered as the Top performance in ‘The Voice of Korea’ history. She is also a heroin who held the winning streak for 9 episodes in the original ‘The King of Mask Singer’, and became a phenomenon after each show through expressing own colors while covering a wide range of music genres. She challenged herself in ‘The Bodyguard’ the musical where she starred as the main character Rachel Marron and received acclamation and high praises for her acting and singing the songs of her own idol, Whitney Houston.
