Biography

RJH is a solo experimental rock artist based in Imphal.He performs live with his Stage Band 'Project RJH'.His tracks employ elements of post-rock by exploring textures and timbre over traditional rock song structures, chords, or riffs. Also, the sound leans toward the progressive side of sound whilst the abandonment of rock conventions is clear so as to decrease the resemblance musically to contemporary rock genres. The Live Band performs the discography of the eponymous frontman and vocalist RJH. Formed in early 2019 by RJH (vocals, guitar), with Gee Yumnam (guitar) & Arwin Heigrujam (fromer drummer), they have ventured at various concerts in Imphal.In November of 2021,Briju Ahanthem & Albert Laishram joined the band on bass & drums respectively.RJH released the 4 track debut EP titled INTUITION on 20th of January 2021 through most streaming platforms and also has few singles released between late 2021 and early 2022. The latest single 'Oiroidaba Manglan' was received very well by the listeners and helped RJH and the lads gain a wider audience. RJH is currently working on the 2nd EP titled 'INTUITION 2' which will be out by late 2022.
